Complaints

If something has gone wrong, tell us. We want to hear about it and put it right where we can.

How to complain

Email info@healthcy.health with the word "Complaint" in the subject. Tell us what happened, when it happened, and what you would like us to do. Please do not include medical details in the email. We will ask for anything else we need.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge your complaint and tell you who is looking into it.
  2. We look into it fairly, and speak to the people involved.
  3. We tell you the outcome in writing, with our reasons and any steps we will take.

Complaints about treatment

Clinics and doctors are independent and responsible for their own care. Please raise concerns about treatment with the provider first. We will help you do that if you ask us to.

Complaints about your data

If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK (ico.org.uk) or to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy). See our privacy notice.

In an emergency

Call 999 in the UK or 112 in Cyprus, or go to your nearest emergency department. We cannot respond to emergencies by email.
